What is a Kindle?

The Amazon Kindle is an e-book reader developed by which enables users to shop for, download, browse, and read e-books, newspapers, magazines, blogs, and other digital media via wireless connectivity.

Circulation Policy for Kindles

Kindle Readers are available for checkout from the Reserve Desk, in G-201. Kindles are checked out on a first-come, first-served basis and may be borrowed for 7 days.

Like a book, to borrow a Kindle, you must have a valid ID.  When returning the Kindle, make sure a staff member at the Circulation or Reserve Desk checks the Kindle in and verifies that it is in good working order.

 Please do not return the Kindle to the book drops!
