The book you are looking for might be in an overflow storage room. We'd be happy to get the book for you. In particular, most Science and Medical-related books are located off the main stacks. As you’ve discovered by now, the Library is now located on the 2nd floor of G building in G-209 while D-building is being prepared for a large-scale remodel and construction project. However, did you know this isn’t the first time the Library moved? Niagara County Community College was originally located at 430 Buffalo Avenue in Niagara Falls. This building was formerly the office of Nabisco Shredded Wheat and inspired the College’s nickname, “Nabisco Tech.” The Library, along with the rest of the College moved into the Sanborn campus in 1973. This photograph from the 1960s depicts the Library at the Buffalo Avenue building.
