This LibGuide is to assist students in studying concepts found in BIO 109 and BIO 110 and lead them to resources found in the Henrietta G. Lewis Library's collection and databases that correspond to topics in the General Biology courses.

General Biology

Biology is the science of studying living organisms, looking at the makeup and functions of building blocks like the chemistry, structure and processes of cells (topics found in BIO 109) and then learning about the different biological systems such as the skeletal, muscular, nervous, reproductive, and digestive systems (topics focused on in BIO 110).
