The NCCC Family Favorite Recipes Cookbook showcases beloved recipes from SUNY Niagara faculty, staff, Board of Trustees, and their families--and highlights SUNY Niagara’s community spirit.
The cookbook was organized by the NCCC Women’s Club and its President, Agnes Watson. Books were sold for $3.50 each in 1976 to fund academic scholarships.
