The Lewis Library is trialing the Cannabis Research Edition database, which is a specialized resource to explore and research the current developments and history of the fast-growing cannabis industry. This unique collection delivers unmatched local, national and global coverage from more than 12,000 sources, including many cannabis-specific publications such as High Times.

The Sabato Memorial Film Collection is a tribute to former NCCC faculty member, Len Sabato. Len, an art lover and film buff, was the Director of Instructional Support Services and championed community educational pursuits at NCCC.

Children's Literature Comprehensive Database:
An academic resource for courses needing to locate children’s and young adult books and other media. The content includes millions of fiction/non-fiction titles, thousands of awards and quality reviews including author/title links, lesson plans and teaching guides. The search engine offers multiple options including 50 search filters to find materials for determining interest & reading levels; selecting trade books based on standards; creating thematic, annotated biographies; interpreting reviews; developing classroom collections, and more.
You are welcome to watch your zoom classes in the Library but please be considerate of others and wear headphones or book a study room.
